Flannel Fest
September 12 @ 8:00 AM - October 31 @ 5:00 PM
During the months of September and October the Winter Area Chamber of Commerce will kick off a Fall Celebration known as Flannel Fest. Look for the streets of Winter to come alive with flannel, pumpkins, flowers, hay bales, crows, and creative fall decorations!
Local residents and area businesses are encouraged to join the fun by decorating their homes, businesses, and storefronts. Businesses are also invited to offer Flannel Fest specials and other fall-themed promotions throughout the season.
We are asking you to join us by decorating your home or business. When you do, take a photo and look for the Flannel Fest post on Facebook (Winter Area Chamber of Commerce). You can post your photos in the comments. We would also like photos of “flannel clad” people! Gather with employees, family, friends, clubs, or classes to take a photo with the crows or any fall display in town or at home.
NEW THIS YEAR — WIN A FAMILY PHOTO SESSION!
Show off your fall decorating skills for a chance to win a family photo session with Sarah Kozlowski of Kozlowski Co. To see Sarah’s photography work, visit https://sarahkozlowski.co/photography/
Photos of participating decorations will be posted on the Winter Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook page. (Submit your decoration entries by Messaging our page). The decoration receiving the most votes by massages and comments on the official posting will win the photo session. So gather your friends and family and encourage them to participate and vote.
Thank you to everyone who helps make Winter a wonderful community. We look forward to seeing your fall creativity!
